This Refund & Returns Policy explains how Verity Peptides, a registered assumed name (DBA) of Verity Holdings Group, LLC, handles returns, replacements, and refunds. All products are supplied strictly For In-Vitro Research Use Only (RUO). They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements; they have not been evaluated by the FDA; and they are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration, nor to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Verity Peptides is a supplier of research chemicals and is not a compounding pharmacy, an outsourcing facility, or a pharmacy of any kind.
Why Returns Are Limited
The materials we supply are sensitive research chemicals. Once a sealed unit leaves our controlled handling environment, we cannot verify how it has been stored, transported, or handled, and we cannot confirm that its integrity has been preserved. To protect product integrity, the reliability of downstream research, and the safety of everyone in the supply chain, our return policy is intentionally narrow. We focus on making things right when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, rather than accepting general returns of correctly fulfilled items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit, is defective, or does not match what you ordered, we want to resolve it promptly and fairly. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery and include the following so we can investigate:
- Your order number.
- The lot number printed on the affected item or its label.
- Clear photographs showing the problem (for example, damaged packaging, a broken or leaking vial, an incorrect item, or a labeling discrepancy).
- A brief description of what is wrong and how the package arrived.
Where the claim is verified, we will provide a remedy of either a replacement of the affected item or a refund of the amount paid for that item. We may ask you to retain the item and its packaging, or to return it, while we review the claim.
Opened or Seal-Broken Items
For integrity and safety reasons, vials and other sealed units that have been opened or whose tamper seal has been broken cannot be returned or refunded, except where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival as described above. Once a seal is broken, we can no longer confirm the contents, purity, or storage history of the material, so it cannot re-enter our supply chain. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
How to Request a Resolution
To start a return, replacement, or refund request, contact us through our Contact page, note “Refund Request,” and include the order number, lot number, and photos described above. If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions and a return address; please do not ship anything back to us until we confirm that a return is needed, so that items are handled correctly. Refund Method and Timing
When a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method used for the order. We typically process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days after we confirm the resolution; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If we approve a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item to the original delivery address unless you ask us to update it. Eligibility and Order Requirements
All purchases are limited to buyers who are at least 21 years of age and who are acquiring products solely for lawful in-vitro research purposes. This policy applies to orders placed through Verity Peptides and should be read together with our Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, with a class-action waiver to the extent permitted by law.
