This Shipping Policy explains how Verity Peptides ships orders and the responsibilities of the purchaser. Verity Peptides is a registered assumed name (DBA) of Verity Holdings Group, LLC. All products are supplied strictly For In-Vitro Research Use Only (RUO). They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements; they are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration; they have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration; and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase. Verity Peptides is a supplier of research chemicals only and is not a compounding pharmacy, an outsourcing facility, or a pharmacy of any kind, and provides no medical advice.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing involves order verification, quality checks, and packaging, and may take additional time during periods of high volume, promotional events, or when an item is temporarily back-ordered. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
If we anticipate a significant delay, or if we are unable to verify or fulfill an order, we will contact you at the email address on file. You can reach us at any time through our Contact page with questions about an order’s status.
Domestic United States Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States using established, tracked carriers, which may include the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx, selected at our discretion based on destination and the nature of the order. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Estimated transit times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Verity Peptides.
Where the stability characteristics of a product warrant it, we may include cold-pack or insulated materials and may adjust the service level or ship date to limit time in transit. These measures are provided to support handling during shipment and do not constitute any representation regarding the suitability of a product for any particular purpose.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any unit, suite, or apartment number. We are not able to verify the accuracy of the address you submit, and we ship to the address as entered.
- Please review your shipping details carefully before completing an order.
- If you notice an error, contact us promptly through our Contact page; if an order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the address.
- Packages that are undeliverable, refused, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to actual reshipment costs before we send them again.
- Verity Peptides is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong location as a result of an address error supplied by the purchaser.
Risk of Loss and Transfer of Title
Title to the products and the risk of loss or damage pass to you at the moment we hand off the order to the carrier. From that point forward, the shipment is in the carrier’s custody, and any loss, theft, delay, or damage that occurs during transit is governed by the carrier’s terms and the carrier’s claims process.
If a tracked package shows a delivery scan but you cannot locate it, or if a package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us through our Contact page. While responsibility transfers at hand-off, we will work with you in good faith and assist with filing a carrier claim where one is available. We do not sell, require, or upsell any separate paid shipping-protection product.
PO Boxes
We can ship to a PO Box when the carrier assigned to your order delivers to PO Boxes. The United States Postal Service delivers to PO Boxes; certain other carriers do not. If you provide a PO Box for an order that is routed to a carrier that does not service PO Boxes, we may contact you for an alternative physical address to avoid a delivery failure.
International Shipping
Where we offer shipping outside the United States, the purchaser is the importer of record. As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed by the destination country, and for compliance with all laws and regulations of your jurisdiction governing the importation and possession of the items ordered.
- Verity Peptides makes no representation or warranty that importation of any product is lawful in the buyer’s country, state, province, or locality. Determining the legality of an order in your jurisdiction is your responsibility before purchasing.
- We may, in our sole discretion, decline to ship to certain destinations or cancel and refund an international order we are unable to fulfill.
- Customs clearance is not guaranteed. Packages may be inspected, delayed, held, returned, or seized by customs or other authorities, and such outcomes are outside our control.
- International transit times are estimates only and may be extended by customs processing in the destination country.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge these responsibilities and confirm that you are lawfully permitted to import the items to your location for in-vitro research use only.
